DISCUSSION:

The Change Reported Timely section of the Food Stamp Manual is revised. This revision is to add policy introduced in Income Maintenance Memorandum IM-#144 dated October 27, 2003, and Income Maintenance Memorandum IM-#123 dated October 20, 2005, regarding change reporting. The policy that was added is to define timely change reporting as changes reported by the tenth day of the month after the change occurred:
