DISCUSSION:
The FSD/WIU Investigation Tracking Sheet instructions are being added to the Forms Manual. To access the instructions:
- go to Family Support Division (FSD) Intranet site,
- select Food Stamps,
- under Forms select Forms Manual from the drop-down list,
- select Volume 1, and
- select FSD/WIU Tracking Sheet Instructions.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
