DISCUSSION:
The Food Stamp Manual section 1105.035.35 Loss of Employment after Regaining Eligibility is revised to clarify that once applied, the three-months of regained eligibility for Abled Bodied Adults without Dependents (ABAWDS) runs consecutively whether or not the individual receives benefits during all three months.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
