DISCUSSION:
The General Information manual and Food Stamp manual have been revised based on changes introduced in previous Income Maintenance memorandums, IM-21 Postponed Interview for Expedited Eligible Households dated March 15, 2012 and IM-68 Statewide Transition Of MO HealthNet For The Aged, Blind, And Disabled (MHABD) Vendor Cases dated August 6, 2012. Clarifications are as follows:
