The purpose of this memo and revision is to address the addition of Crowdfunding to 1805.030.20.10 Income Excluded Under MAGI. Crowdfunding or otherwise known as Indiegogo, Fundly, Patreon, Smallknot, RocketHub, and GoFundMe. The list is inclusive but not an exhaustive list of Crowdfunding Third Party Networks.

- Review this memorandum and manual revision with appropriate staff.
