DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memo is to inform staff of the updates made to the Food Stamp policies 1142.010.00 CLAIMS PROCESS, 1142.020.00 CLAIMS REFERRAL PROCEDURES AND DETERMINATION OF DATE OF DISCOVERY, and 1142.025.00 PROCESSING TIME/MONITORING. These updates include raising the thresholds for establishing claims and updating the claims process.
