DISCUSSION:

The purpose of this memorandum is to inform staff of a change in the Medical Assistance for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled (MHABD) Manual. Section 0825.020.00 Application Process is updated to reflect a telephone number change for participants to call regarding information or application requests for Missouri’s Children with Developmental Disabilities (MOCDD) Waiver.

Refer all participant inquiries regarding information or application requests for MOCDD to DMH at the new consumer phone number (573)-751-4054.

  • Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
