DISCUSSION:
The USDA Civil Rights information has been updated on FAMIS notices to match the most recently posted language from the USDA.
The following changes were made:
- Link to the USDA Complaint Form (AD-3027) was updated
- Additional fax number was added
- Email address was updated.
The following FAMIS notices were updated:
- FA-102 Interview Summary
- FA-150 Claimant Action Notice
- FA-510 Adverse Action Notice
