SUBJECT: COVID-19 MID-CERTIFICATION REVIEWS RESUME FOR THE FOOD STAMP PROGRAM
DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memorandum is to inform staff that Food Stamp
Mid-certification Reviews (MCRs) will be generated the weekend of June 6-7, 2020, for cases having an MCR due in July 2020.
MCRs due in March, April, May, and June were not mailed to participants as part of the Food Stamp Recertification Waiver that expires in June 2020. Staff should be aware that resuming MCRs may result in an increase in phone calls and questions from participants.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
