DISCUSSION:
This memorandum is to notify staff that the Postponed Interview (1120.045.05) manual section of SNAP policy is now obsolete.
When a SNAP application is screened for expedite services, identity must be verified and an interview must take place prior to authorizing benefits. Benefits should not be held on other eligibility criteria that is pending verification.

- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
