6.19.6 Sexual Offender Registry by Applicant Address
The resource licensing worker should also search the Missouri Sex Offender Registry by entering the address of the prospective resource home on the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s sex offender registry accessible online at:
https://www.mshp.dps.missouri.gov/CJ38/searchRegistry.jsp
The search will determine if a sex offender is registered as residing at the address of the prospective resource home.
The resource licensing worker should print a copy of the results that includes the address of the applicant and place it in the resource file with the date that the results were printed included on the print-out.
