IM-140  10/27/03 SUPPORTIVE SERVICES MAINTENANCE SCREEN

SUBJECT:
SUPPORTIVE SERVICES MAINTENANCE SCREEN
DISCUSSION:
Effective October 9, 2003, the Supportive Services Maintenance (FM6F) screen is removed from FAMIS.  The Supportive Services Maintenance screen was used to authorize ABE and DJP transportation reimbursement payments to food stamp participants.  The screen is no longer needed since workers no longer refer individuals for ABE and DJP.

All transportation reimbursement payments can be viewed on the Payment History (FM5F) screen.  To determine the status of a transportation reimbursement payment, go to Payment History (FM5F).  Tab to the EU field and remove the EU number.  Tab to the DCN field and enter the DCN of the individual for whom you are seeking transportation reimbursement payment information, and press enter.  If a transportation reimbursement payment is authorized for the individual, it will be displayed along with the issuance date, check number in the issuance number field, status, payroll type, and net amount of the check.  If no payment is authorized, the message "No issuance found" displays.

NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff..
