FSD NEWSLETTER
DISCUSSION:
Communication between staff in the field and state office is a major key to the success of our programs. The Program and Policy section is providing the FSD Keys to Success, a newsletter designed to enhance communication.To access the newsletter:
- go to the FSD Intranet home page,
- click on the “Newsletter” button on the left side, and
- click on Volume 1, Issue 1 – January 14, 2005

Keys to Success will share news about program changes, clarify policy and procedures, pass along tips from staff, and highlight important topics sent to state office. Many of the topics are taken from questions and comments received from field staff. All staff are encouraged to send suggestions for discussion topics, news, tips, and keys to successes to share with co-workers. All contributions will be considered for publication. Send suggestions and articles to Nancy.E.Young@dss.mo.gov.
