DISCUSSION:
The IM-4(EBT) with revisions introduced November 10, 2005, in Income Maintenance Memorandum IM-#128 is available in Spanish:
- through the Department of Social Services Intranet in the Forms Manual, Volume I, and
- on the Department of Social Services Internet site at www.dss.mo.gov/fsd/fstamp/index.htm.
An initial supply of the IM-4(EBT) SPANISH 
will be sent to the county offices. Provide the IM-4EBT (SPANISH) at every food stamp or Temporary Assistance application and upon request to EUs who speak Spanish.

- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
