DISCUSSION:
The Food Stamp Manual, Student Income section, is revised to add procedures and FAMIS processes. This revision also includes policy introduced in memorandum IM-#86 dated July 21, 2003, regarding the exclusion of educational income from income and resources for the Food Stamp Program.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
