DISCUSSION:
At the suggestion of county staff, the DWD Sanctioning Process flow chart for food stamps found on the Intranet is revised. The revisions include:

The chart is renamed the METP Non-compliance Chart. Since food stamp participants who fail to cooperate by participating in METP activities provided by the Division of Workforce Development (DWD) are sanctioned by the Family Support Division (FSD) not DWD, it is felt it is less confusing for staff if the process is referred to as the METP sanctioning process.

Actions to be completed by Eligibility Specialists are bolded. Processes explained in blocks prior to the bolded blocks are system actions.
To find the METP Non-Compliance 
and EU Member Wishes to Comply after Being Sanctioned flow charts on the Intranet:

From the Family Support Division page, click Food Stamps on the Programs menu.

From the Food Stamps page, the charts can be found in one of the two following ways.

Click Information on the left side of the page. The METP Non-compliance Chart and the EU Member Wishes to Comply after Being Sanctioned chart appear in the drop down listing.
OR

Click IM Charts under Quick Links on the right side of the page. The charts appear in the listing under Other Food Stamp Charts.

Click on the desired chart.
