DISCUSSION:
The IM-4 (Hearing Rights) (Spanish) 
has been revised. The revision includes:
- clarification of hearings process,
- removal of all references to food stamp coupons, and
- update of references to Family Support Division.
An initial supply of the IM-4 (Hearing Rights) (Spanish) will be sent to the county offices. When the initial supply is received, destroy/recycle all versions of the IM-4 (Hearings Rights) (Spanish) dated prior to revision date 04-06.
Discuss hearing rights at every application for cash assistance, MO HealthNet benefits, or food stamp benefits, and provide this brochure to the eligibility unit at application and upon request.
The IM-4 (Hearing Rights) English and Spanish versions are available:
- through the Department of Social Services Intranet in the Forms Manual, Volume I, and
- on the Department of Social Services Internet site at www.dss.mo.gov/fsd/fstamp/index.htm.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
- Destroy/recycle all versions of the IM-4 (Hearing Rights) (Spanish) previous to 04/06.
