DISCUSSION:
This memorandum is to inform staff of changes made to the TWHA Budget Worksheet. Due to staff suggestions we have enlarged the font size to make the form more user friendly once printed. To reduce system errors we have added the field numbers to the corresponding lines on the income worksheet to match the fields in the IMU5 system. For example, line #5-Total Gross Income corresponds with field #41-Gross Income in the IMU5 system. This TWHA Budget Worksheet replaces the former version introduced in IM Memorandum IM-#77 dated 8/28/07.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Begin using the new TWHA Budget Worksheet for all TWHA approvals.
- Replace all former copies of the TWHA Budget Worksheet with this version.
