DISCUSSION:
This memorandum is to provide updates to the Missouri Work Assistance (MWA) Policy for Service Providers section 0285.005.10 Temporary Exclusions. This policy revision clarifies the MWA Contractor role when FSD determines a participant is mandatory, but the participant reports they may meet a temporary exclusion. This policy was implemented on December 1, 2016 and MWA contractors were trained in November 2016.
