DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memo is to inform staff of an update to 1105.015.10.35 Disqualified for Felony Drug Conviction manual reference. An error was discovered regarding the wording about the effective date of when drug related felonies were committed. It previously referred to effective date of drug felony committed “on or after August 22, 1996”. It now says committed “after”. Wording was also, updated when entering the disqualification and exploring eligibility for exceptions to the drug conviction disqualification.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
