DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memorandum is to notify staff that manual sections 0210.005.30 Minor Parent Lives with Parent(s) and 0210.005.45 Stepparent Cases have been updated to show the chart of the Full Needs Standard needed to deem major parent income for a minor parent and stepparent income for a child.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
