DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memorandum is to announce changes to language and program references that have been made to the sections of the Medical Assistance for the Aged, Blind and Disabled manual.
Sections 0805.000.00 Eligibility and 0805.005.00 December 1973 Eligibility Requirements were updated to reflect current FSD programs.
Section 0805.010.00 MA/GR Dual Eligibility is now obsolete as the General Relief program is not currently funded.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum and manual sections with appropriate staff.
