SUBJECT: INDIVIDUAL FOOD STAMP SANCTIONS FOR REFUSING AN OFFER OF SUITABLE EMPLOYMENT
DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memo is to remind staff that Food Stamp participants who are not exempt from the work requirements must accept a bona fide offer of suitable employment. If an active EU member refuses an offer of suitable employment without good cause that member is subject to sanctioning.
