DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memo is to introduce the revised IM-29OPE form. The IM-29OPE form is used to notify Spend Down participants when spend down has been met by using out of pocket expenses.
Revisions to the form include formatting changes, updates to language, removal of the caseload number, and other typographical changes.

- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
