The purpose of this memorandum is to update policy 1025.015.01 Cash Remaining From and Assistance Check or Other Budgeted Monthly Income to clarify excluding current month’s income from a participant’s resources. For further clarification and guidance see Memorandum Email IM-29 dated 05/19/2020.
