DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memo is to introduce changes to the IM-31A PQ MAGI form. This form is used to request prior quarter information that may not have been captured on the IM-1SSL application form. The new version of the form includes fillable fields and formatting changes.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Refer to IM-24 from 3/5/2018, for information on use of the IM-31A PQ MAGI form.
