DISCUSSION:
The Action Taken on Your Food Stamp Case (IM-112) has been revised to replace Food Stamps with Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). The form name is now titled Action Taken on Your Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Case. The document number (IM-112) has not changed.
The instructions document for the IM-112 is obsolete.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Destroy all (5-06) and older versions of this form.
