DISCUSSION:
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) manual section 1145.015.05 Timely Disqualifications has been updated to include clarifying the first month to impose the disqualification for an individual found ineligible to receive SNAP benefits as well as changing food stamps to SNAP and EU to household.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
