DISCUSSION:
The attached pages of the Case Management Desk Reference Guide have been updated on the Intranet to accommodate policy changes made on the following memorandums:

  • IM-124 - 10/01/02 Allowable Work Activities (Components) For Two-Parent Household

  • IM-26 – 02/19/03 New Exemptions From 60-Month Lifetime Temporary Assistance Limit

  • Added – Teen parent NOT attending school BUT participating in another work activity s/he is subject to the 60-month lifetime limit no matter what their age. (Work Requirement Code F case managed by DWD)
  • Added – Teen parent NOT participating in any work activity is subject to the 60-month lifetime limit. Conciliation and sanctioning should be explored by DWD.
