DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memorandum is to advise on changes to the 1885.030.00 Reopening Closed Cases section of the Family Healthcare Manual-MAGI.
Content of this section has been revised to:
- Clarify that coverage should be restored to the same level of care it was prior to closing; and
- Add a Hyperlink to reference to MAGI manual section 020.00 Reconsideration Period.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
