DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memo is to inform staff of an update to the Food Stamp Manual regarding homeless work requirement exemption. The manual update defines homeless and that it is an exemption to work requirements and work registration, if the individual is not otherwise exempt for another reason.

- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
