Household resource limits apply to all households, except for those households considered categorically eligible. Limits are:
- $4,250.00 for all households consisting of at least one elderly or disabled member (see 1100.010.00 Definitions); or
- $2,750 for all other households
The value of a non-exempt resource is its equity value. The equity value is the fair market value less encumbrances.
