SUBJECT: NEW FLYERS AND BROCHURES ADDED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES (DSS) FORMS MANUAL
DISCUSSION:
DSS has added several flyers & brochures recently that will be beneficial to many Family Support Division (FSD) participants. These can be provided to participants at FSD Resource Centers and accessed by community partners or participants in the DSSManuals Forms Manual.
Some of the flyers & brochures are new and some are updates to previously available documents. The new flyers & brochures replace all older versions and the older versions should be obsoleted and destroyed.
The new & updated documents include:
- MO HealthNet Adult Expansion flyer (IM-4 AEG Flyer) (Spanish)
- EBT Card Safety flyer (IM-4 EBT PIN Safety flyer) (Spanish)
- SNAP Medical Deductions for Elderly & Disabled Missourians (IM-4 SMD) (Spanish)
- Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program flyer (IM-4 LIHEAP flyer) (Spanish)
- Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program brochure (IM-4 LIHEAP brochure) (Spanish)
- Child Support brochure (CS-5) (Spanish)
- Missouri Child Support: Changing your support order flyer (CS-9) (Spanish)
- Ticket to Work flyer (IM-4TWHA) (Spanish)
- The brochure version of the IM-4TWHA is now obsolete.

- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
